EU-parlamentet har antagit en ambitiös klimatlag för ett par veckor sedan. Den övergripande målsättningen är att uppnå noll nettoutsläpp av växthusgaser senast 2050. Målet för 2030 är en utsläppsreduktion på 60% jämfört med 1990. En viktig punkt i lagen är att medlemsstater tills 2025 ska sluta subventionera fossila bränslen.
